Today we have a really talented make-up artist to introduce to you! This is Luka Watabe who studied at BE-Staff Make-Up Universal, a top make-up college in Japan. Luka specialises in Asian make-up but that doesn’t mean to say she can’t work magic with all skin types!
The diverse styling Luka has done with each Asian model above proves that this is definitely her specialism, this ranges from traditional in the second image, to almost Harajuku styling in the last image. What I like about Luka is that the look she creates is never over the top, it is just enough to catch your eye and make you look twice at her work.
Like I said, Luka’s specialism may be Asian make-up but the work she does on other skin tones is just as fabulous.
As you can see Luka knows how to enhance the looks of these models too, and even push the boundaries, I think the blue eyebrows on the last model look fantastic and are a bit different.
I really want to put every image from Luka’s profile into this blog but I think you should go and look at that for yourselves, she is very talented and it is good to see a variety of skin tones and colours in her work. She also has many more images for you to see, hard to believe I know, it was difficult for me to stop putting them here!
