Victoria's Secret London Stores Announced!
Miranda Kerr has confirmed the first UK Victoria's Secret store will open on 24th July in Westfield Stratford with the Flagship Bond Street store opening later this year. This follows much confusion after the brand announced the stores would not be opening in time for the Olympics.
William Tempest launches River Island Collection
As part of River Island's Design Forum, William Tempest has designed a collection based on Egyptian mythology and features Scarab Beetles as a motif. The Design Forum aims to give upcoming talents a platform to showcase their designs, and Design Forum clothing often takes centre stage in River Island stores upon the collection's launch. The William Tempest collection will be available from October.
Kate Moss to star in upcoming George Michael music video.
George Michael's upcoming single White Light, will feature the British supermodel. The song is set to be released on 12th August and will feature Moss in a rock n' roll inspired outfit. This release will be Michael's first new release since 2004.
Fashion House Valentino sold
After denying the initial reports earlier this week that it had been sold for half a billion pounds, Valentino confirms it has indeed been sold, for "an undisclosed sum". The new owners are Mayhoola for Investments S.P.C, a private investment group from Quatar.
Tom Ford prepares to open a store in London
The first UK Tom Ford store will open on Sloane Street in London this Autumn. Ford is reportedly "thrilled" to be opening his first British store and says "Our British customers are amongst the most discerning and stylish in the world." The store will be at the Knightsbridge end of Sloane Street, close to Harvey Nichols and Sergio Rossi.
