Since 2001, founder, Campbell Ford, has been applying principles of professional development in large corporate environments. Rathmhor was established as an independent business in 2012, with the support and development of others at its heart. It has evolved quickly and now works with a variety of clients in sectors such as oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, finance, education and the civil service. Rathmhor provides services in management development and coaching, to a diverse range of organisations from large corporates to small businesses and individuals, either directly or via a growing network of partners. We are able to provide workshops covering a range of skills, such as teamwork, influencing, communications, presenting and pitching, change management, project management, coaching and more.

As a manager, consultant, facilitator and coach, Campbell has fulfilled a breadth of roles. These have spanned energy, utilities, finance, government and outsourcing sectors. In 2012, Campbell moved from an operational role in one of the world’s leading software solution providers and consultancies, to establish Rathmhor, a coaching, training and consultancy business. In 2006, he trained as a coach through an ICF-accredited certification programme, he’s a certified PRISM Practitioner, and is an active member of the Association for Coaching. Campbell lives in West Lothian, Scotland, an ideal location from which to serve clients across the UK and Europe.
