I recently graduated from a Foundation degree Fashion Design and Technology Knitwear but I have one more top up year to study BA (Hons) Fashion and Textiles specialising in Knitwear, which I am willing to work on my own brand and own collection this year.
I see my design as a wearable art. I do like to use mixed techniques and modernise the old to break traditional rules. This is why I always design free hand with no rules or pattern; I let myself go wherever it takes me like a painting. This lets me discover new ways of making garments. I have passion for crochet and binding. Some of my school work with those techniques has been selected to go forward to the next stage of the prestigious Knitted Textile Awards and I have been invited to showcase my work at 2 major exhibitions.
