Irish born Designer Seoirse Kavana grew up in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He moved to London to study Menswear at the highly acclaimed University of Westminster. His urban upbringing has had a defined influence on his design aesthetic.
Previously interning at London Designers Hannah Marshall, Gemma Slack and Julien MacDonald he gained inspiration from dramatic Womenswear and has translated this through his edgy menswear. Whilst working at Julien MacDonald Seoirse developed a keen interest in knitwear and has carried this through his graduate collection. Heavy Layering and mixing textures are key elements within the Seoirse Kavana aesthetic.
